Osteopathy can be used to help improve the overall function of the body, helping to restore a sense of balance and well-being. Osteopathic techniques use touch, highly skilled joint manipulation, stretching and massage to help improve joint mobility, relieve muscle tension, improve blood supply and nerve supply to tissues, and help stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms to bring about a positive change.

Osteopathy is based on the principle that health and well-being of the body as a whole depend on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues, such as fascia, functioning harmoniously together.

Dartmouth Chiropractic & Wellbeing Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic treatment, osteopathy, chiropody and podiatry, acupuncture, massage and also has a beauty room. It's easy to get to, has free on-site parking, toilets and all the treatment rooms are on the ground floor.
